Can I order different gifts for different price points?

Can you personalize each candle for a specific client?

Yes! We can include a personalized handwritten note card for each recipient for just $8. Your labels will carry your consistent branding, and the note makes each gift feel one-of-a-kind. Perfect for closing gifts going directly to individual clients.

Do you handle the shipping to my clients?

That's one of our favorite parts. We ship individually addressed packages directly to your clients at a flat $12.50 per package, so you don't have to store, wrap, or ship anything yourself if you don't want to store your gifts. Just send us your list.

What's the minimum order?

Our standard minimum is 36 candles. For smaller orders (as low as 20 candles), we can accommodate with a $200 small order fee. And for high-volume agents ordering 100+, bulk discounts apply, just ask when you reach out.

How far in advance should I order?

For standard orders, plan for 4–6 weeks between January and July. August through December is our peak season, so we recommend 6–12 weeks lead time. If you're building an ongoing closing gift program, we can help you set up a standing order system so you're never caught waiting.

Can I set up a recurring gifting program?

Yes, and many of our busiest agents do. Whether you close 5 homes a month or 50, we can work with you to establish a system that keeps branded closing gifts ready to go... no scrambling when a deal closes unexpectedly.

What if I need a rush order?

We'll always do our best to accommodate a tight timeline. Depending on our current queue, a small rush fee may apply. Reach out with your date and we'll let you know what's possible.

Do I need to provide design files?

Not necessarily, just your logo in the highest resolution you have, along with your brand colors and any fonts if you know them. Our team handles the label design from there. One round of revisions is included to make sure it looks exactly right.

What are the candles made of?

Every Applewood candle is poured with our signature coconut-soy blend and scented with premium, non-toxic scents — no toxins, no Prop 65 chemicals, nothing you wouldn't want in a client's home. Safe for families, children, and pets. It's the kind of gift you can give with complete confidence!

Are bulk discounts available?

Yes. Orders of 100+ candles qualify for a bulk discount, whereas orders of 250+ qualify for an even bigger discount. High-volume agents who gift consistently throughout the year often get the best pricing. Mention your anticipated annual volume when you reach out and we'll build a quote around it.
