Refund policy
At Applewood Candle Co., each candle and home fragrance item is hand-poured in small batches with great care and intention. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
We understand that scent is deeply personal... what feels like the perfect fit for one home may not be quite right for another. If you receive a scent that isn’t quite your match, we lovingly encourage sharing it with a friend or family member. It just might become their new favorite.
That said, your experience with Applewood truly matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@applewoodcandleco.com with your order number and a few photos of the issue. We’ll happily review the situation and make it right with a replacement or store credit, as appropriate.
Please note, we are unable to offer refunds or compensation for orders delayed due to shipping carrier issues once the package has left our studio.
