The Custom Candle Process

Create Your Custom Luxury Candle

Starts at $25 per candle, or $55 per gift set, with a simple 36-candle minimum

1. Choose a scent and size

Let’s represent your brand or soiree with a scent and aesthetic that is carefully selected from our thoughtfully crafted, non-toxic scents. We recommend proven favorites like our Timeless Collection or the best-selling seasonal candles.

2. Customize your candle (and any packaging)

Customize just the candle itself with a carefully made label with your branding, or we can package an entire gift box, complete with a ribbon and handwritten card. You’ll provide a 50% deposit at this time.

3. Approve the proof and finalize your order

Receive digital mockups of your candles to visualize and approve the final appearance of the custom candle labels and any other parts (ribbons, cards, wax seals, etc.). Remember, we’ll apply this branding to 36 candles or more, with bulk discounts available for 100+.

4. Let us deliver your hand-poured, custom candles

We have a $12.50 flat order fee for individually shipped candles and gift boxes, or we can send all candles and gift boxes directly to you for hand-delivery. If we are handling shipping direct, we offer a handwritten card for $8.

What sizes are available?

We have everything from a 6-oz travel candle to our 13-oz luxury candle and even a crystal vessel candle. We’ll walk you through the options to recommend the best option for your needs as they differ in both finish options and burn times.

How many can I order?

To allow for a seamless, bespoke experience for each custom candle client, we require a minimum order of 36 candles. Larger quantity orders are eligible for a bulk discount. Just ask! Don't need 36 candles? We have small order pricing for 20 candles, but this is subject to a $200 small order fee to cover our customization supplies, such as custom ribbon, etc.

Do you have the bandwidth to handle bulk orders?

Yes, we pride ourselves on having a team and studio space large enough to support orders of any size. We've handled orders of 500+ candles and 250+ gift boxes on multiple occasions and are ready to do this again!

What is your turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 4-6 weeks during January - July. Beginning in August, we begin our holiday preparation and our turnaround time becomes 6-12 weeks.

Oops, I need my custom order before then - can you still work with me?

Depending on our current order queue, we will do our very best to squeeze your order in! Please know that we will be limited on the options we have, and a small rush fee may apply.

Can I customize candles for a wedding or event?

Absolutely! This is one of our favorite ways to personalize candles, and such a unique favor for weddings. You’ll follow the exact same process as our business clients, with the opportunity to select the best colors and aesthetic for your candle wedding favors. (They also make a captivating name card replacement or escort wall display.)

What personalizations are included?

The process includes a custom-printed label for each candle! This is designed with your submitted branding (logo, fonts, colors), and we accommodate one round of revisions to make sure it looks just right. From there, you can add on handwritten cards, wax seals with your brand mark, custom ribbons, matching room sprays, and we now have the opportunity to engraved vessels in-house!

What are the candles made of?

We pride ourselves in using only clean, non-toxic ingredients and none of the harmful chemicals found in traditional chemicals. Without toxins and with the comforting sound of a crackling wooden wick, these candles are yours to enjoy in any season. We designed this blend to be safe for our own family, and we know your clients and friends will appreciate the same thoughtful candlemaking process.

Custom Candle Scents

Available for a select number of clients per year, allow us to customize your brand experience through a luxurious, hand-blended scent made just for you. Bespoke candle development requires 3-6 months to perfect the aroma and finalize the immersive, branded experience. Begins with a $2,500 scent-development fee, not including material costs.
